Can my appointment be covered by my insurance company?
Yes, we are covered by Healix. Please let us know when booking the appointment if it will be covered by Healix.

What to expect during the initial consultation?In the initial consultation we will start by going through a detailed case history. Then we move on to physical examination and further testing. After that we will discuss the working diagnosis and the treatment/management plan, and if appropriate we will start the treatment.

What to wear to your appointment?We recommend you wear something you feel comfortable in and can move around in. Depending on the symptomatic area, you might be asked to remove some clothing, therefore wearing shorts, t-shirt, vest or a sports bra is recommended. Your comfort is always a priority, if you don't feel comfortable removing some clothing don't worry as we can work around it.

How long is the appointment?The initial consultation can take up to 60 minutes. The follow up appointments can take up to 45 minutes.

Cancellation policyWe require a minimum of 24 hours notice for cancellation in order to avoid cancellation fees. Please note that if you arrive 15 minutes late we may need to reschedule your appointment. To reschedule or cancel your appointment, please email anitatheosteo@gmail.com.
